All wedding orders will be shipped out about approximately 3 weeks prior to the wedding date for orders that are placed in enough time do so. We like to ship our custom orders in this time frame so that the soaps will be made fresh for your guests. We offer a competitive and fair wholesale program for our retailers and are open to new wholesale accounts at this time. Please email us here on Etsy or visit our Etsy wholesale page.

Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday with the exception of postal holidays. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of the date of purchase. ( except wedding orders, see below for details). During Holidays and certain times of the year when we are dealing with higher volumes these shipping times may vary. We will notify you if this is the case.

All orders are shipped via USPS either first class or priority mail.

USPS priority mail generally takes 1 to 3 days for delivery depending upon your location, but is not guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us prior to ordering.

Tracking numbers are provided for order shipping via Priority within the US and Canada. You will received a shipping notification with tracking once your order has shipped.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy , please let us know as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. However we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied!

We ship all international orders via USPS first class mail. Ship times will vary based on your location. Orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 weeks for delivery once we have shipped them. We use this method to help keep shipping more affordable for international customers.

**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES**
We are obligated by law to mark all items are merchandise and not as gifts.
International customers are responsible for any custom import/export fees that may be added by the customs office. The shipping charge made to Home Brewed Soaps only covers our actual costs to ship the products to you.
